Shipping and delivery

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-5 working days. The standard delivery time is 10-15 working days. Please note that there is no shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Consignment tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track the status of your shipment. The tracking information will only be available and updated 3-7 days after dispatch.

Order changes and cancellations

You can cancel your order or change the delivery address before dispatch. Refunds or address changes are no longer possible after dispatch.

Customs and duties

We offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping to the following countries and regions with no customs clearance or customs fees:

• United States (via UPS, except Alaska and Hawaii)
• Australia (via Australia Post)
• United Kingdom (via DPD Express)
• Europe (via DHL Express / DPD Express)

Service restrictions

Due to strict customs regulations in certain countries, our service is not available in: Denmark, Australia, Norway and Switzerland.
